Kitchen renovation
The countertop is measured once the cabinets are in. Not before.
Custom cabinets, stone or quartz countertop, plumbing, electrical and lighting, coordinated by the same team. Work on site only starts once the cabinets are ready, so your kitchen is out of service for as short a time as possible.

Layout, storage and materials, chosen with you or with your designer.
- 02
Demolition
The old kitchen removed, the house protected: tarps, a closed-off area, dust under control.
- 03

The hold points.
Every point is checked and photographed. The photos go into your portal.
- 01Plumbing and electrical inspected and photographed before the walls are closed.
- 02Cabinets level and plumb, checked before the template is taken.
- 03Countertop template taken from the installed cabinets, never from a drawing.
- 04Doors and drawers adjusted: even gaps, soft close.
Permits and rules
A kitchen that affects a load-bearing wall, plumbing or electrical may need a permit, depending on the municipality. For a load-bearing wall, an engineer sizes the beam before any demolition. We check with your city before we start.
Frequently asked questions
How long will we be without a kitchen?
Work starts when the cabinets are ready. We give you the schedule at the outset, and the time without a kitchen is kept to a minimum.
Can you move the sink or open up a wall?
Yes. We check the plumbing and structure; for a load-bearing wall, an engineer is involved before any demolition.
Do you work with a designer?
With yours, or we recommend one. We build to their drawings and settle every site discrepancy with them.
What if you find a problem once things are open?
We stop the work, show you what we found and price the fix at cost, with no margin, from the amount set aside with you for surprises. We resume once you say yes.
Let's talk about your project.
A visit, measurements, then a detailed budget. If the budget does not allow the work to be done properly, we will tell you at the first meeting.
