Nothing hidden
behind the walls.

Every step is checked and photographed before it is closed in. Every invoice is in your portal. Every surprise waits for your approval.

A crisp edge. A perfectly even shadow gap. A light you never see, yet it reveals everything. These details are how you recognize a successful renovation, and they are where we spend our time.

Nothing gets closed in
until it is checked.

Every step ends with a hold point. We check it, we photograph it, and the photos go into your portal. Only then does the next trade come in.

Hold point

Your project portal

You see what we see.

Every client gets access to their project: the daily log, photos of every hold point, the decisions made together and every invoice. You never have to call to find out how the work is going, or where your money is going.

The price and the date

Set before we start.

On a fixed contract, the detailed budget and the schedule are set before day one. Any change is priced, and you approve it before we do it.

Surprises

Planned with you from the start.

An amount is set aside for what we might find when we open a wall. If we find something, we stop, we call you, and we price the fix at cost, with no profit. We resume once you say yes.

Invoices

All on the table.

On time and materials, you see every hour and every receipt as the work goes. You stay in control of what you spend.

Contact

Let's talk about
your home.

If your budget does not allow the work to be done properly, we will tell you at the first meeting. We would rather turn down a job than do it halfway.
